Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurses, under direction of the Case Manager or Director of Clinical Services, provide skilled nursing services to patients and clients.

Responsibilities include planning, giving and evaluating nursing care. Licensed Practical Nurses must have at least one year of home healthcare experience and current credentials. LPNs at FirstLantic Healthcare provide continued skilled care for Medicare Home Care clients, and assess hourly cases. Some benefits of working with us include:
